In 2014, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) was spun off from the Alcatel-Lucent group, and many of its employees, who were also part of Shrigandha Kannada Balaga, continued their association with the organization. This bond has only grown stronger over time, especially in the realm of social causes and promoting Karnataka/Kannada culture. The partnership between ALE and Shrigandha Foundation has been further solidified through ALE's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, which focus on:

|
Rural Education
- Women Empowerment
- ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives
