Swasthya Program 17th Jan 2026           Greetings to everyone, Last Saturday, 17th Jan 2026, Shrigandha Foundation conducted an impactful Health awareness session and menstrual hygiene drive at Hunasur Government high school, Mysuru District comprising of 350+ girl students. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Jayamala madam for her dedication to educating young students on health, hygiene, and menstrual awareness has made a meaningful difference and helped break long-standing myths with compassion and clarity. We also extend our gratitude to Smt. Rekha madam who emphasized the importance of girls’ mental health, self-confidence, and the need to speak openly about their bodies. The session was highly informative, engaging, and empowering about the knowledge of reusable eco friendly sanitary pads, and it will undoubtedly contribute to better health practices and confidence among the students. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and commitment from Dr. Jayamala madam and Rekha madam for the community well-being. Thank you for your valuable contribution and for supporting our mission to promote health awareness at the grassroots level.
